Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication Support

• Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, website updates, newsletters, etc.).
• Support creation of slides and visual materials for presentations, demos, and internal meetings.
• Help maintain consistent tone and branding across materials.

Research & Content Preparation

• Conduct desk research on markets, competitors, partners, and trends.
• Summarize findings into short briefs or slides.
• Support preparation of internal documentation.

Administrative & Operations Support

• Assist with general administrative tasks.
• Support documentation, file organization, and data entry.
• Help keep internal tools and folders structured.

AI & Tool Support

• Build and adapt simple AI agents or workflows using existing tools and platforms.
• Test AI features and document feedback.
• Assist with prompt creation and optimization.

Customer & Internal Support

• Handle incoming support requests (first-level triage).
• Support simple troubleshooting and route issues to the right team.
• Occasionally participate in calls with customers or partners (note-taking, follow-ups).

Cross-Team Assistance

• Support product, sales, and engineering teams with ad-hoc tasks.
• Take ownership of small internal improvement initiatives.

Event & Meeting Support

• Help organize meetings, workshops, or small events.
• Prepare agendas and summaries.

Data Preparation

• Prepare simple spreadsheets and overviews.
• Support reporting with basic data collection.
