Operations Manager (m/w/d)


As part of a fast-growing SaaS startup based in Zurich, you will be responsible for the entire configuration process of the IoT modules as well as the support and assistance of our existing and future customers in the Software-as-a-Service area.

  • Configuration IoT modules: From equipping with the IoT SIM to quality control and shipping.
  • First-level support for customer inquiries around IoT modules & connectivity for vehicles with a focus on motorcycles and boats
  • Second-level support for customer requests in software (mobile & web apps)
  • Support of new customers during the initial set-up of the c.technology systems
  • Logistics and Operations: responsibility for the warehouse including inventory, reorders and national as well as international deliveries.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships

  • Hardware (IoT/Connectivity):
  • First exposure to IoT modules, IoT hardware, or diagnostic devices.
  • Understanding of sensors, telemetry and "embedded devices" (raspberry, arduino, etc.)
  • Solid basic understanding of electronics including hands-on mentality.
  • Software development:
  • Experience with python/JavaScript is a plus, but not a must (we offer the opportunity to develop in this area).
  • Customer Support:
  • Open, communicative personality with experience handling customer inquiries, support, and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with customers.
  • A passion for mobility
